We did this renovation prior to Thanksgiving but I just now got to posting it.
We found these tiles during one of our walks through our neighborhood sitting in someone's side yard. We asked them if they were trying to get rid of them, and they were! Hooray! Free tiles! They're exactly what we wanted!Trevor put them in.

Next, we added some plants. We want it to look tranquil and tropical. We bought the trees along the back from Home Depot using a buy 2 get 1 free coupon for a grand total of $70. The peace lily, the plant in the front left part of the atrium, we bought at Costco for $19. The poinsettias were given to us. They add a nice punch of color. All the other plants, including the pedestal were given by Grace's parents.
This coming spring we plan to finish the pond and add some more flowers to give it more color. We're very excited! Stay tuned!
